UPS SHIPPING
We ship packages anywhere within the United States.
Shipping options include:
Ground
3 Day Select
2nd Day Air or 2nd Day Air AM
Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air, or Next Day Air Early AM.
Depending upon destination, some options are not available.
Saturday delivery is an option to some cities.

We accept packages any time during store hours.
Please note that we are open Mondays, only by chance.
Packages are picked up only on week days.
Pick up time varies from day to day, ranging from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.

If UPS shipping is necessary on a Monday when The Mulberry Tree is closed,
shipping information can be obtained from www.ups.com
or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877)

We do not package items, but we usually have some boxes and
packaging materials that are available for your use.

UPS PACKAGING GUIDELINES

Addressing your package is not necessary.
Your shipping address information will be entered into
the computer, and a UPS shipping label will be printed.

Use a corrugated box in good condition.
UPS charges an additional $6 for items that are not in a cardboard box.

Remove, cover, or mark through all other shipping labels on the box.

Use adequate cushioning material. The contents should not move
when you shake the box. Fragile items should be individually wrapped
and placed in separate boxes within the box. They will not be damaged if
they are packaged properly.

Place shipping and return address information inside the box.

Use strong packaging tape, not masking or water-activated paper tape.

UPS will not accept a package tied with string or wrapped with paper.

Package Tracking
Packages shipped via UPS may be tracked using the UPS Website. Just enter the entire tracking number found at the bottom of your receipt into the "Track Packages and Freight" box, click in the box to accept the terms and conditions, and hit the "Track" button.

ARS or RS labels
If you were provided a UPS ARS or RS label to return merchandise, you may drop the package off at The Mulberry Tree. You should write down and keep the tracking number on the label in case the company to which you are returning it claims that it was not received. You may then use the UPS website to track the package and obtain delivery information. The Mulberry Tree provides a free drop point as a public service and does not have a record of these shipments.
